(ASFII), launched in Cayman Islands on 1st October, 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>ASFII hires &#8220;Japan-Nexus&#8221; secondary strategy to focus on secondary trades to Japanese sellers which are anticipated to increase its needs for secondary market of LP interests to private asset investment funds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>ASFII also hires co-investment strategy to access to Japanese private asset funds through co-investment opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Akebono has been acting as an investment manager to its 1st secondary fund, Ariake Secondary Fund I L.P., since February 2017, to accumulate its portfolio assets through acquisitions from Japanese secondary market. After the end of its investment period early this year, Akebono launched its 2nd fund this time to offer further investment opportunities to investors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>ASFII made its first close with anchor LP on 1st October this time.
